Rumble: Where to Listen to Mantra Animation, Vol. I
Cosmic In Motion — Mantra Animation, Vol. I
A synthwave EP about the shattering of an illusion, and the grieving process that begins when an idealized love can no longer hold itself together.
Some loves never truly exist in reality. They thrive purely on idealization—on a version of someone constructed inside our minds long before we ever get to know the actual person. Mantra Animation, Vol. I captures the exact moment that veil tears apart. This isn't just a story about two people breaking up; it is the story of breaking up with an idea.
Produced as part of Cosmic In Motion (the synthwave/ambient musical branch of Mad Saturn Interactive), this EP serves as the opening chapter of an emotional journey written among the stars. Across five distinct tracks, it documents that suspended instant between what was believed and what actually was.
Track-by-Track Breakdown
1. Sweet Celestial Dreams
Opens the EP by asking the core question behind the entire project: What remains of a love that never had the chance to be? It explores the unnamed feelings that lived in glances, shared moments, and silence, but never in spoken words.
2. A Touch of Starlight
Captures the moment of realization. Featuring delicate synth textures, it reflects the beauty that can still be perceived even when you know everything is starting to crumble.
3. Hearts In Orbit
Illustrates two hearts trapped in mutual gravitational pull without ever making physical contact—eternally close, yet traveling along trajectories that will never converge.
4. Cosmic Shadows
Descends into the darker stages of grief. This track embodies the echoing void between light and dark, mapping the drift through deep space as idealization falls away.
5. Dreams Of The Void
Concludes the EP within the empty space left behind—the quiet stillness that remains once the veil has completely dissolved.
